Source: Polymarket's hourly profit/loss series for the account, the same curve its profile page draws. It is before taker fees and without rebates; the real net is lower, see how it earns. Past results don't guarantee future ones.

How it earns

It doesn't predict Bitcoin. It times its entries and collects the rebates.

The account buys both sides of almost every short crypto window, wins a small edge on when it enters, pays most of that edge back in taker fees, and earns the profit from Polymarket's rebate programs on more than $10 million of monthly volume.

Where the money comes from

Taker rebates received+$6,173+0.50%
Maker rebates received+$1,764+0.14%
Netabout +$13,700+1.10%

More than half of the net is rebates. Trading on its own clears just 0.46% of volume after fees; the rebate programs add another 0.64%.

Read the profile chart with this in mind. Polymarket's profit chart is before taker fees and without rebates. For the same 94 hours we calculated +$25,113 before fees and the curve showed +$25,178. The real net is lower than the chart and depends on the rebates.

The edge

When it buys, not what.

The account pays the normal ask price, like everyone else. The difference is timing.

  • It watches the live order book of every open window and buys in the moments when the book is about to turn its way.
  • The chart shows the result: after its buys the price keeps moving its way, while after the average taker buy it moves against the buyer.
  • On its own, that timing roughly pays the taker fee. The rest of the profit comes from Polymarket's rebates, below.

Maker rebates
20%

In crypto markets, 20% of taker fees go to the makers whose limit orders were filled, in proportion to the fee those fills would have carried. The account received exactly 20%.

Taker rebates

Part of the taker fee comes back by tier, based on 30-day weighted taker volume. The account received exactly 32% of its fees, the Platinum rate.

What decides your result

Volume sets the tier, the tier sets the net.

Every taker pays the same 0.07 × p × (1 − p) fee. What grows with volume is how much of it comes back: from 3% at Bronze to 50% at Obsidian, plus 20% on maker fills. A small account starts in a low tier, and at small size the fees can outweigh the edge. That's why paper mode charges every fee at Polymarket's rate and applies your own rebate tier: you see your net before you fund a wallet.

What you get

The whole bot, as source code you own.

Not a subscription and not a hosted service. You download the Python project, run it on your own machine or VPS, and nothing about it depends on us staying online.

Full Python source

Every file the bot runs on, readable and editable. No hosted engine, no hidden module, no licence server.

Paper mode

Runs the full strategy against the live order book and settles with Polymarket's real results. No USDC involved.

Risk limits you set

A daily loss limit that cancels orders, halts trading and messages you, and an exposure cap that pauses new buys.

Winnings collected for you

In live mode the bot redeems winning shares for USDC right after each window settles, so the money is back at work.

Reports to Telegram

An hourly P&L digest, halts, limit alerts and collected winnings sent to your phone, so you don't have to watch a terminal.

Your key, your server

The private key lives in your own .env file and never leaves your machine. We host nothing for you.

See it trade real markets before a cent is at risk.

Paper mode isn't a backtest. The bot places simulated orders against the live order book and settles them with Polymarket's real results, so you see what it would have done without funding a wallet.

  • Size it yourself. One setting scales every position. Read what decides your result before you go live.
  • Daily loss limit. Cross it and the bot cancels open orders, stops, and messages you.
  • Exposure cap. New buys pause once the capital in open windows reaches your ceiling.
  • Stop it any time. One file on the server stops all buying, from a terminal or a dashboard.
  • Going live is one setting. Add your wallet key, switch paper mode off, and the same logic trades for real.

Ask on Telegram
Where can I check the bot's results?
On its public Polymarket account, @norm1e69. Positions, activity and profit are all there, and you don't need an account to look. The numbers on this page are read from Polymarket's public API for that account and refresh every couple of minutes. Keep in mind that the profile chart is before taker fees and without rebates.
Will I make the same profit?
Probably not the same, and we'd rather say so up front. More than half of the account's net comes from Polymarket's rebate programs at the Platinum tier, on more than $10 million of monthly volume. A smaller account pays the same taker fee and gets less of it back, and at small size the fees can outweigh the edge. Run paper mode first: it charges every fee and applies your own rebate tier, so you judge the real net before you risk money.
If the bot makes money, why sell it?
Because we earn twice from it. We run the bot ourselves, and we're also in Polymarket's referral program: the trading volume our buyers generate pays us a share of the fees. Keeping a working strategy secret would earn us nothing extra. That's also why the code is open to buyers and the account is public.
How do you calculate the numbers on this page?
Profit is Polymarket's own profit/loss series for the account, sampled every hour. That series is before taker fees and without rebates, so it runs above the real net; the breakdown in how it earns shows the net for a four-day sample. A day runs from midnight to midnight UTC, and its profit is that day's closing value minus the previous day's. The deepest dip is the largest fall of the hourly curve from any earlier peak. Volume, predictions, biggest win and the leaderboard rank come from Polymarket as they are.
Why is the real profit lower than the Polymarket chart?
Polymarket's profit chart counts trading before taker fees and leaves out rebates. Over a four-day sample the account made +$26,040 before fees, paid $20,262 in taker fees and received $7,937 in maker and taker rebates: about +$13,700 net, or 1.10% of volume. For the same 94 hours we calculated +$25,113 before fees and the profile curve showed +$25,178.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The strategy is already written. If a terminal or an .env file is new to you, open the bot's folder in Claude, Cursor, Windsurf or ChatGPT and ask it to set up and run the project. It installs the dependencies, fills in the config with you and runs the commands.
How much capital do I need to start?
The code has no minimum. The default size keeps a few hundred dollars working at once, and one setting scales every position up or down. The real question is what size can pay its fees. The account's result relies on high volume and the rebate tier that comes with it: Bronze starts at $2,000 of 30-day weighted taker volume and Platinum at $1 million. Run paper mode first, and only go live with money you can afford to lose. The capital stays in your own wallet the whole time.
Can I try it without risking money?
Yes. Paper mode runs the full strategy against the live order book and settles each window with Polymarket's real result, but places no real orders. You see what live mode would have done, with no USDC involved.
What stops a bad day from becoming a disaster?
Two account-level limits in your .env, both set by you. The daily loss limit cancels open orders, halts trading and sends you a Telegram alert once realized losses for the day pass it; the bot picks up again the next day, or waits for you if you prefer. The exposure cap pauses new buys when the capital committed across open windows hits your ceiling. The archive ships with cautious defaults you can tune before going live.
Do I have to claim my winnings by hand?
No. In live mode the bot redeems winning shares for USDC on its own, within minutes of each window settling, so the money is ready for the next windows. It works with email, browser-wallet and plain key accounts; keep a little POL in the wallet for gas.
Which markets does it trade?
Polymarket's short crypto windows: 5-minute Up or Down on Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana, and 15-minute on Bitcoin. In the latest sample of the account's fills those markets carried about 97% of the volume. You choose the coins and window lengths in the config.
Does it work with Polymarket's Chainlink TWAP settlement?
Yes. Since August 7, 2026 these markets settle on Chainlink time-weighted average prices rather than a single snapshot, and the account's whole track record was made under that rule. The bot never computes outcomes itself: it reads each market's result from Polymarket after the close and prices every order off the live order book.
Polymarket isn't available in my country. Can I still use it?
The bot runs on a VPS, a rented server that stays online 24/7, and you pick where that server sits. Choose a country where Polymarket operates; we suggest Sweden, which is also close to Polymarket's servers, so latency stays low. Do check Polymarket's terms and your local rules before trading real money.
Which VPS should I rent?
A small server in Sweden. It's near Polymarket's infrastructure, which matters for fast windows. The cheapest tier is plenty; the bot is light. Kamatera is one provider with Swedish locations.
What exactly do I receive after paying?
A download link to an archive with the complete Python source and a setup guide, plus a personal access code for the owners' Telegram group. You host the bot yourself, on your computer or a VPS. Nothing runs on our side.
What if I get stuck during setup?
You get an invite to the private Telegram group for bot owners, where we help with installs and share updates. Support is one message away too. If you'd rather not touch a terminal at all, the Pro plan includes the install on your VPS, done together over a screen share.
Is there a dashboard, or just a script?
Both. The script alone already sends an hourly P&L digest and every alert to your Telegram. Pro adds the Pro Dashboard, installed on your own VPS next to the bot: live P&L, trades and health from any device, alerts when the bot goes quiet, and a remote stop. Because it runs on your server, your key still never leaves it.
Any recurring costs?
None from us. You pay once and own the files. The only ongoing costs are your VPS and Polymarket's own fees on live trades.
Do I get updates?
Yes. Every new version, fix and feature is posted in the owners' Telegram group for you to download, for as long as we develop the bot. No upgrade fees.
How do I reach you?
On Telegram: @stkp_support. Owners can also ask in the private group.

A Polymarket trading bot for the 5- and 15-minute crypto Up or Down markets.

norm1e69 is a self-hosted Python trading bot for Polymarket's short-window crypto markets. It watches the order book of the open Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana "Up or Down" markets, buys both sides through the window, holds them to settlement, redeems the winnings automatically, and enforces the loss and exposure limits you set. Orders go straight to Polymarket's API from your own server.

Why a public account matters

Anyone can claim a result. The bot's own account, @norm1e69, shows every position, fill and settlement on Polymarket itself, so the track record can be checked by anyone before they buy.

Why the source code matters

Hosted bots ask you to hand over API keys and trust an algorithm you can't inspect. This one ships as plain Python you download and run yourself, so you can read what it does with your money before it does it.

Paper trading on live data

A simulation mode places pretend orders against the real order book and settles them with real outcomes, so you can watch the strategy work for as long as you like before switching to USDC on Polygon.
